PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, the cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by blush clothing.ie. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

ORDERING GOODS

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.

If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.

STANDARD DELIVERY

IRELAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTLAND AND UK SHIPPING

We offer FREE delivery over €100 spent on Ireland and Northern Ireland orders and charge €5 if under €100

Our chosen postal partner for Ireland and Northern Ireland is DPD registered postal service. On occasion we will use An Post.

SCOTLAND & UK DELIVERIES

€8 Postage on all orders

Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning.

We mainly use DPD registered postal services along with An Post.

COLLECT ORDER INSTORE

When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items instore by clicking ‘ Instore’. Our collection point is Blush Boutique Bridge Street Carndonagh Donegal. Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours after the order has been placed. Store Pick up times: Monday-10 am to 5.30pm, Tuesday-10 am to 5.30pm, Wednesday Closed, Thursday to Saturday-10.00 am to 5.30pm, Sunday Closed.

When collecting your items instore, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.

Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a drivers license or passport.

RETURNS POLICY

The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies only to online purchases made through our website or on the telephone.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. All dispatched orders will include a packing note outlining your purchase details and a returns form.

Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact info@blushclothing.ie

SETTLING DISPUTES – ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team. However if for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at info@blushclothing.ie and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately. You can also submit your complaint to an online dispute resolution process operated by the European Commission.
